I would recommend creatine HCL from a solid company over monohydrate.
Increase your water intake.
I'm drinking tons of water. I've taken a dose today and haven't got a headache yet. I'll see what happens after the second dose. @Dave D, no used it many times in the past but it's been a few years.

I took it years ago and it was great for strength,I would get 5-10 more reps on certain things after a month on creating.other than that it's pretty pointless.
