Dude's had heart problems for a while. Think he's had bypasses and stuff I think. Also the reason he downsized. Seen him in older vids over 300. Also talks about how he used to eat McDonalds by the ton. Met him once and expected him to be a lot bigger, he looked aboutt 215. Except dudes arms look like they belong on somebody weighs 260

175? LoL.. That photo shop billboard was a week out prison for 5 years back in 2011 and a fat 235. And yea, 215 is small. You should maybe do some research before you spout off at the mouth about something you obviously don't know anything about. I've been down to 175 exactly once since about 1998 and that was when I dropped from 235 down to 170 3 in nine months and landed in the hospital three times in a week with thyrotoxic periodic paralysis unable to walk or stand or use my legs or lower body from the mid-chest down due to a fuck up in my thyroid dose. Of course he is going to accept a heart transplant to live. This whole, "I don't know if  I could accept someone else dying for a new heart" is a crock. If he was called tomorrow for a new heart, he would not skip a beat.

He actually won't get a heart transplant unless he goes overseas.  To be on the transplant list, you have to be pretty clean without a history of abusing substances.  Not only that, he would likely die during surgery.  Best bet would be to cut out the bullshit and let the heart heal on its own

He had a heart valve replacement from left ventricular hypertrophy (lvh). The valve can help with regression of the left ventricle however in some cases it does not resolve and things get worse. His balls to the wall training has not helped.

That is not the point I was making. The point I was making was that he would not feel guilty about accepting a new heart from a dead person, whether it was in the US or anywhere else.
