Yes you shrink as you get older that's a fact and Arnold probably shrunk a bit due to heavy squats compressing his spine, while Sly was smart barely trained his legs, so he probably didn't shrink as much as Arnold, plus those lifts help! Also Sly was smart to never really train chest with a lot of pressing movements, he said he would only do fly's and incline work because of getting that saggy chest look that dudes with huge chest's get when the grow old.
