Phil has as great of a body as it could be, no doubt, but it is not a great physique
Heath has a very narrow, small chest that throws his balance off tremendously. I try to pick my words carefully here because I'm an ugly fella but Phil's head is made to look stupendously large because of that small chest area. It's just off. He just doesn't look impressive. He has the worst flow of an olympia winner, period. There are worse olympia winners, but there are none who have such an obvious flaw (maybe dorian torn bicep).
He deserves to win the olympia pretty much every year he has, but GREAT he is not. He is the worst example of only looks like Mr Olympia on contest day. Put him in clothes, see him in off season.. doesn't remotely look like the best physique on the planet. Big arms, yes. But nothing that really makes him look good.
The black dude above is worlds above Phil in terms of balance and shape. He would probably ruin it all, if he tried to hang with Phil in the opens but shit, who on earth would want to look like phil heath, compared to that other guy? This guy is amazing.
I respect phil heath - but I think it is a travesty that someone with such an awful chest region can win the olympia.
