That's the thing though, what could have changed for him he hasn't competed in 20 years. But the new bodybuilding fans haven't heard from him yet.

Imagine the advancements in training from then to now. If Dorian, Lee or Ronnie knew of the training advancements that Heath has they could have reigned forever.

Thankfully today's pros are all older so they reap the benefits of iso techniques and protein shuttles during the anabolic window.

I am shocked at how little of their muscular physiques these guys retain when they stop competing.  I know people age, but fuck.

Some of them just look like regular guys, some of them revert to being pencil necked geeks, most of them just plain look like shit.

That's because most bodybuilders WERE pencil necked geeks and were picked on and took up bodybuilding to build self-esteem. When they eventually stop lifting and eating copious amounts of food/get off the gear, they revert back to who they were before, a pencil necked geek. FACT.

Exactly how I feel about individuals who feel the need to consume alcohol in public ?  Most just become loud and obnoxious , end up making poor choices which harm other people

Fights
Crime

All have alcohol as a factor in most cases


Most on here that complain about not having abs or some hold back in nutrition -- it usually somehow related to your alcohol consumption that's just normal for some

But herb just smells -- doesn't kill , doesn't cause others to harm or kill
