I've always heard his 1975 Pumping Iron contest weight was actually below his usually listed 235. I'd believe he weighed more than 235 at a contest but I've never seen the magazines ever list him above 235 contest-wise.

I find 235 hard to believe, given his height. Not sure which source it was, but as I recall, he was about 115 kg (250-255) at his peak.

I have a Muscle Builder magazine from that time and Arnold said he was only 225 for the contest.

This or Rogain is over 200 which he is not.  Never pegged him to become a pot head but that was an interesting interview.

He's been through a lot and come out the other end doing well so good for him!

Yates 5'10 hahahaha. Shawn Ray listed at 5'5 but is realy 5'4. Flex Wheeler listed at 5'9 and is 5'7. Jay Cutler listed at 5'9 and is really 5'7. Yates is lucky to be 5'7. In person today he wears shoe lifts. Kevin Levrone is 5'9

he looks great actually,better smaller/healthier,living more balanced fitness life..there is no guarantees of damage that he could have done for those yrs he was going hard on the cycles..he seems like he knew how to clean it all up

I met Yates and he was around 5'10.  That was 20 years ago, so he may have dropped an inch or so.

True on cutler = walked past him in a club, he was like 5'6-7.
