the guy is a normal lookin comedian who did a series called ali g in the usaiiii. in it he dressed as a wigga and spoke to ppl like donald rumsfeld and made the,m look retarded by askin ridiculous questions etc.

borat is a character alledgedly form khazikstan who is just the funniest guy ever. the whole series was a pardoy on us culture. use limewire or kazaa for borat. so funny
