Soy better than animal Protein ?

Has anyone seen this "What the Hell"  movie ? makes many people go vegan ....

I've been practically  attacked by a group of vegans over the weekend ... Saying that Eating meat, fish ,chicken will eventually give you cancer !!!!!


They also claim that large animals like Rhino ,Elephants  and Gorillas are big because the don't eat meat" they get all their proteins from pure vegetables...  So Humans don't need to eat meat either to be big and strong ...


Is Soy a better protein source than beef chicken and fish ???

The scientific community is very divided on this, but I would take no risk and ditch the soy as much as possible.

Every time I use whey isolate or concentrate I get the runs and a stomach ache. Tried a lot of protein and found a combo of pea, hemp and rice protein is very easy on the stomach. I use lactose free milk and yogurt to compliment. Never tried soy because of conflicting information on the internet that it increases estrogen.  I wonder if it's true and maybe I should try it but for now what I use is working.

Non GMO Fermented Soy like Tempeh and Miso are amazing for you, also for bodybuilders who are all about raising their IGF levels, Soy Protein isolate was shown to raise IGF more then any meat product or any dairy derived powder like Whey or Casein. Look at the cultures that Soy is a staple in their diet, the Japanese, particularly the Okinawans, they eat soy everyday and multiple times a day, and they have been ranked the healthiest people on the planet having the most centenarians and highest average lifespan. Those documentaries like What the Health, Forks over Knives, Fat Sick and Nearly Dead are real eye openers and reveal a lot about our food supply and all the toxic shit we put in our bodies.

Torn about soy but your post gives me something to think about. I hear soy isolate doesn't raise estrogen in men then the next google search contradicts that.

I heard  estrogen  increases the risk of breast cancer in woman, that cancer cells do get stronger with estrogen, so based on that claim, Soy can be a promoter for cancer cells....yet vegans only trash meat for it , not soy .

There is way higher levels of estrogen in any beef or milk product than that of soy, cattle are injected with tons of hormones that we then eat that's the truth, how many Asian teen boys have gyno? Yet tons of American teen boys with bitch tits, also how many Asian women particularly Japanese die of breast cancer? Just think about it, eating a huge ass cow that has been pumped with hormones/antibiotics vs a plant grown from the ground, which one do you think will cause more harm to you?

Exactly due to the hormones lol, cows milk is designed to grow a small calf into a 2,000 plus pound animal, what do you think this will do to a human? Humans have no reason to drink cows milk, and the calcium argument is ridiculous, Americans high the highest rate of osteoporosis, and yet we are the biggest consumers of cows milk on the planet, and 1 cup of Kale has more then the RDA for calcium.

This. I'll pass on watching a movie made by vegan company owners trying to line their pockets by fear mongering without any factual evidence. It's very sad that the general population is too fat, lazy and stupid to do their own research and believe whatever is presented in front of their ugly faces.
