I always liked Bob, even when it was always obvious he was shilling for the IFBB if you were smart enough you could tell on all things bodybuilding that he was 100% in on the joke of it all.

Looks like Bob never got into extreme conditioning. Probably just didn't have it in him to truly suffer.Just did his twice a day 30 min walking carido on 3.0 speed and was happy to never get under
 a true 7% bodyfat. If Bob really got into extreme condition, I bet he wouldn't be heavier than 215 pounds. Maybe 220.
