This. High protein, high fiber, and fill in the rest with carbs and fats. Lots of fake science in this thread. Fasted cardio isn't any more effective than non-fasted cardio

I tried some crap called black widow which has ephedrine in it. I have used ephedrine long ago when it was still sold at walmart with no bad effects. After using this black widow my stomach let lose. I do have Celiac but it never really bothered me. I dont know if the black widow did anything but I lost 40 pounds in 3 weeks and ended up 5 days in the hospital. This was last month. Nothing was found except for celiac. I will not try another fat burner again but it did give me good energy and I did lose 40 pounds. Went from a solid 215 to a very starved looking 175.

It does NOT have ephedrine in it, it's a scam. It says ephedra leaves which contain zero ephedrine.

I used this stuff call Camphabolic by USP Labs, which I read was replaced Retreat. Now when USP directs you to Xenadrine. Does that still work? I'd like an appetite Suppressant with no jitters. Do they make anything like that now days?

Let's face it... cardio sucks and stims have bad side effects, especially in the higher more effective doses.

Best way is to stop eating refined sugars and lower your calorie intake.  Too hard for most because it requires serious willpower.   For the majority of us here I'd say that working out is the easy part compared to dieting.

you need to grow into your final form with max calories andsteady increase in total reps or sets. increase poundage way down the road
