The years of training and realising the bro split method of training most of the pro are using is just not the most effective method unless you are on a lot of drugs.
Even when just on AAS you should focus on compounds and strengh. The pump training you see i think works only with an insulin protocol.
I use AAS and the training tips i get from the natural scene made me progress more than any of the magazine/pro bber stuff you see everywhere.
I used to believe i have to up the dose to reach a new level, now I know I can make progress relying on training mostly and its so much more rewarding.

Sure genetic is probably 80% of your potential but exercise science is a thing. There is an optimal way to train for hypertrophy. This has been studied many many times. Look up Brad Shoenfeld work.

He is also very strong for his bodyweight like any natural with a significant amount of size. Look up his last video, hes like doing a squat/goodmorning with 600 pounds it just looks retarted. He keeps hammering exercises that hes just not made for and keeps getting injury.
