Dont give 2 shits if it has been discussed before. Layne Norton.....I absolutely believe the guy is steroid and GH free. Saw him years ago in person a few weeks before his last show. Looked phenominal in person but was not a very BIG man. 5'10 at best...looked under 200 lbs. Muscular as shit...maybe a 17 inch arm. In person...he clearly looked drug free...but crazy impressive. Trained like a beast too. Fuck all tge haters.

The best naturals who are shredded onstage at average height are all under 200 pounds. So who do you consider a "big" natural to you considering the best at under six feet compete in the 170's and 180's at 5-7%?!
