There's nothing to discuss. Gender neutral restrooms already exist; they're clearly marked for men, women and the handicapped.

As for e-commerce, it's helped big stores grow past their brick and mortar locations to serve an international market. Far from weakening them, it's only made them stronger. It's SMALL retailers that have gone belly up due to Amazon and its clones. Not Target or Costco.
