I'd argue that John Joseph from the Cro-Mags is in the best shape out of anyone in music. He does Ironmans.

Doyle is jacked for sure, but claims vegan, and yet is juiced to the gills.

GG Allin was perhaps the craziest mf'er ever in music.

In terms of influence and catalog of quality songs, no one tops the Ramones. They did it right, too. Quit when they were on top.

quick question. does any one still consider Green Day as punk? I know to this day they donate a shit ton of money to what would be considered punk causes(homeelessness etc) while at the same time jumping the shar a la U2, but they always seemed to keep alot of that punk mentality with music and attitude

I saw them in 1995(last show I saw at the old Montreal Forum) and at $20 a ticket it was a stel and the main floor was a moshpit, I punched out some dude for spitting on me
