Knowing Piana, he was likely in the kitchen area or the pool area of his home when he collapsed.  Both would be hard surfaces for which hitting your head could be fatal.

You don't have to be sad about his passing but wishing death on someone is another story. I for one would be a little sad because I have seen some of Rich's videos and actually learned a little about steroids which was actually quite interesting. I would feel the same for anyone who has shared something which gave me some entertainment or knowledge. This does not mean I am going to be sitting here crying about the dude. I hope he pulls through and can work on his demons.
