Issues swallowing could be from the ventilator tube and the possible stroke.  I had a operation for a bicep rupture and I couldn't swallow food/drink for two days due to irritation to the nerve in my throat.  Tissue plasminogen enhancer could refer to the cocktail of blood thinners and others used to prevent blood blockages in the brain and heart.  Not a doctor here. Wonder if his kidneys are failing due to filtering out all that oil he injects. I do wish him the best.

I FEEL like rich isn't actually a bad person deep down. I think he may have problems like any other person and they may have gotten the better of him.
