Two deaths were reported recently....

Sisifo .... Broken neck as shown above.

Sifiso, an IFBB Junior World Champion in the up to 75kg category, broke his neck in a freak accident. Sifiso’s most recent victory was at the second edition of the IFBB Muscle Mulisha Grand Prix in the Bodybuilding under 23 over 75kg division where he impressed the crowd and the judges with unbelievable muscle size and maturity beyond his age. Described by many as a young man with a bright future Sifiso’s passing is a huge loss to the sport.

Michelle O'Shea .... The bodybuilding world is also still reeling from the shock at the news of the death of IFBB Western Province official and former Ladies Bikini competitor Michelle O’ Shea in a tragic car accident last week.

And why would the "bodybuilding world" be "reeling" from the death of a ... bikini competitor? And if she was driving in the fatal accident, why? Broads should not be in control of large machines.

You don't wear socks on a gym mat when performing a somersault, because socks don't provide traction, which you need to propel yourself into full rotation.  He didn't even get through half a rotation. Had he been on bare feet in proper footwear, he wouldn't have ended up on his head.

I saw Siphiso compete at the 2016 SKZN Champs, he looked insane and took overall. As for the car accident, SA has crazy roads, look at the stats. I HATE driving here. 6th in the world car accident rankings, 31.9 deaths per 100 000.
