I have been jumping rope for five minutes three to four times a week as a warm up before workouts. I have noticed, that even though they are still shitty and -aj-esque, that I have put 3/4" on them by doing this. Maybe it's because I usually skip calf training and this is new stimulation, but I have tried training them in the past with minimal results. Anybody else notice anything like this for calf development? If it's relevant, my calves are high insertion and barely any inner calf. More like a Kenyan runner or Big Bird.
