Tips on healthy living - discuss

with all the reports of people in the industry getting ill i thought we can share tips to each other for a more healthier living!!

let me start by this advice - nothing in excess, everything in moderation!

Start your day with a giant smoothie using a shit load of kale, spinach, pineapple, blueberries, maca powder, amla powder, fresh squeezed lemon chia seeds and a ton  of water. Never start your day with coffee, you need hydration and nutrients first thing in the morning! Pro tip: buy a Vitamix Blender!

Yes but these foods have tons of benefits on health, the less supplements the better.

I'd Take your statement a step further. Most people try to get 6-8 hours of sleep per night. If you are like me, you usually wake up a few times in that span. Keep a bottle of water, or Propel etc...on the nightstand, and take a few swigs before going back to sleep. Only an idiot, would go 8 hours without fluid intake if they didn't have to.

Exactly, the body dehydrates throughout the night, then if you are a typical bodybuilder, get out of bed slam some black coffee (which will further dehydrate you) then jump on a stairclimber or treadmill and proceed to do fasted cardio (which will dehydrate you even more).
