Yes. The Iraq War was the starting point of both the migrant crisis and also the creation of ISIS. The Iraq War was rooted in the "1st" Gulf War which was actually the 2nd. As the origin was the Iraq/Iran war, when Iraq was by the same people who fought to "free" Koweït. Funny you mention Gaddafi using Euros.  Saddam was pushing for the same. Wanted all Arab nations to stop using the US dollar for oil and start using Euros.  The USA knew that the dollar would tumble if that happened and so they started the whole bullshit war.
