 Nice try, but I didn't google-search that. I have lurked on this board for many years. Steriods, on average, improve the physique by 5-10%. Any time someone has better gains, I just say that they have above average results. Hope your finishing touch goes well.

so you must think i have teh awesome genes eh?

no..i actually did work hard when i started training...
atarted at 119 lbs at 15..

grew to 180 by the time i ws 19...

at 19 i competed in a powerlifting show..

i took my weight down to 135...

pulled 405 (Maryland record )
squatted 315
bench..lets not go there

then i started juicing...and just blew up..honestly bro...

REALLy..i'd like to say genetics..but i cant..it ws the juice..i'd be a liar if i didn't say so...

The fact that Ronnie is black and can naturally appear to have more detail certainly doesn't hurt him having more cuts show onstage, but in terms of conditioning Yates has him beat and I really don't think that anyone can argue that.  At their worst condition Yates was better and at their best conditioning Yates is still the victor.  The discussion of who is a better BBer is an entirely different debate.

 Yates had great conditioning in some ways, but he was not as striated or detailed as Ronnie. I give the edge to Ronnie in conditioning.
