Weird. I stopped drinking milk about two years ago and my hearing has worsened.

Milk can cause mucus buildup, it's one of the many side effects from nursing from a cow.

How about facts? Loud noises like gun fire, loud music in car or in headphones will degenerate your hearing with 100% probability. Work-safety organisations has 80dB limit to work without ear protection, and it the car and headphones you get easily more than 100dB noise levels. Nothing to do with diary products..

By chance have you been kicked in the head by a cow? If so this may account for your dairy hearing related loss.

Food allergies can cause respiratory symptoms, including clogged ears and nose, according to St. Vincent Medical Center. If your ears become clogged immediately after eating, more serious symptoms caused by the body's rapid immune response also may be experienced

Interesting. I love dairy. I crank up the volume when listening to music. I'm nearly 73 years old.  I suffer hearing loss. I wear state-of-the-art hearing aides, which don't work all that great. It's a f.ucking bitch!

I stopped drinking milk about 30 years ago and in that amount of time I have progressively gotten older.

You are what you eat. Low carb diets have a pronounced anti-inflammatory effect and are known to clear up many chronic conditions, including hearing loss. Though never self-medicate - any hearing loss evaluation as well as treatment should be done professionally
