So I went and drove that car right back to the dealer.
If you drove the car to the dealer, how'd you get back home?

Well guys...as I mentioned I was having the car inspected and didn't anticipate any real problems as the CarFax came back clean and it drove like a charm..but I got back word from Fishers Garage that the car was at one point submerged underwater to my astonishment . Electrical cords were frayed, rust...unrepairable and not road worthy. So I went and drove that car right back to the dealer. It sucks that I only owned that car for 48 hours but that's why I always tell people to have a vehicle inspected. It definitely could have been worse as I could have gotten killed driving down the highway His check bounced and the dealer said get your fat broke black ass back here with the car.

If a dealer sold you a car that had been 'totaled' by an accident or had flood damage and they didn't disclose that to you they violated the law. That's fraud. They need their license revoked and you could sue for damages. http://www.naag.org/clearing-the-road-of-flood-damaged-vehicles.php

Are you implying that the dealer took advantage of a naive, simple person?

Not in a way such as you taking advantage of children but it's just a textbook case of a dishonest car salesman. There is always dirtbags out there which is why I tell everyone to get the car immediately inspected after you purchase it

Now that you can afford more than one vehicle don't you think you should be careful not to defame anyone?
You really are a despicable low life.

How so??? I checked the car through Carfax, test drove the vehicle, checked the electronics, engine, transmission, tires, and even with all the checks I made I took it to Fisher's to be inspected......in fact, if it wasn't for all the steps I took, I would have been stuck with a flooded car. I paid using my Etrade Visa and I've filed a dispute against the transaction. Ultimately, there wasn't much more I could have done and I certainly didn't expect the results as only a nutcase would attempt to sell a flooded car in South Carolina without disclosing it....its illegal

Typical "look at me" nig-nog purchase.
Buy a 5-10 year old Honda or Toyota instead. You know you're getting a reliable car.

What is it you expect to happen when you come to his thread to fire shots at him Anybody could be lied to by a dealer. I wouldn't have the foggiest idea what to check to see if a car had been submerged.

I find it hard to believe people are looking at a $900 car thinking wow, what a lucky Hebrew. Have you ever been told by a qualified professional that you have Aspergers/Autism or any form of mild learning disabilities?
