The reason why Phil and Jay didn't die yet
« on: August 23, 2017, 05:29:36 AM »
Three words.

pharama grade, moderation.

All of Phil and Jays drugs are sourced from a doctor. All are exact dosed. All are taken in sensible doses (that is as sensible as can be for a bodybuilding type result).

Phil does one show a year so he is only taxing his system for 12 weeks of the year and the rest of the time he's probably only running Test, GH and one or two other bits.

It's probably just genetics. Some individuals have bodies that can handle abuse better then others.

Weak compared to who? If you compare them to average retard Joe that drinks , eats like a pig and lies on sofa every fucking day then i doubt they are in bad shape. If you compare them to people that ate good all life, moderate to none alcohol and do sports regulary then yeah, they will be in worser shape.

After all it all comes to gene, some people abuse the shit out of their bodies and have no damage, other people do everything right and get cancer at 30. Life  ::)  :D

But 28 years ago all insulin users were diabetics, all users of injected hormones were cattle and all bodybuilders were natural athletes who hardly take even protein ;D

Robby Robinson has been said to have used Deca for 30 years straight, and you can bet it isn't pharma grade.

That and I think it's more of a clear and cut case of guys who do recs and guys who don't.  All the painkillers, meth, coke etc along with the juice is what adds up to the health issues a lot of these guys have.

take AAS user moderate bodybuilding dosages live to be 60 when life span was 70, add in stimulants clenbuterol and insulin you lose another ten years. trying to downsize to improve your chances of long life also helps. Just an opinion.

Funny thing about Jay is that I don't recall him ever being off since 1996.  Possibly even 1993.  Possibly even earlier than that!  When he was being interviewed by that shorter Italian-American bodybuilding aficionado in the teen contest where Branch beat him for the overall, he mentioned that his family feared for his health - and that was in 1993.

Very true.  This is why I love your posts.  We also both have a shared love of the iron.  The main difference between us, goals-wise, is that you would ratherbebig.  And hey - there's nothing wrong with that.  8)

Yep - also consider that Jay's father was something like 86 in 2012 or 2013. I think he was born somewhere between 1925 and 1927, and Jay was the youngest child.  So Jay seemingly has some good male genetics on his side.

It was interesting to me that for all the gear required to be Mr. Olympia, it was Phil's ex-wife who was diagnosed with (breast) cancer.
