So that's why Ryan Russillo ended up in a strangers condo naked.

LOL

I'm so tired of espn personality's talking about how jacked Russillo is.

Is he losing his job over that or will he address it when he's back on air?

Lol fine you win.

I understand what you're saying. Grape Ape said this is also true after 40.

I agree with you that trt isn't needed in younger men, unless in its extreme cases.

No doubt lifestyle is important, it should be common knowledge without needing to say it, but you can say you need all of the 3 you mentioned to be in alignment your whole life.

Assuming your "healthy" at what point would trt be recommended age wise?

The video is about trt "ruining" his life (these are my words), so is being prescribed testosterone a bad idea?

Everyone is different, but for most western men their test levels start dropping harder around the age of 40-45. As with almost any health marker this just depends on the combination of genetics & lifestyle. Note that the Samoan men generally have the highest test levels.
When some individual did anything he could do to raise his test levels naturally and still suffers from low test levels, then TRT could def improve the quality of his life (and keep his wife happy as well). AFAIK they only provide TRT in the U.S. and I don't understand why the rest of the world isn't following.

Solid response. Thanks for taking the time to answer.

Balls shut down.  The older you are, the longer it would take for them to come back... in fact, they may never come back.

You'll lose everything you gained during the recovery time.  You'll be a meek little, depressed lamb for quite some time.  Once you go on TRT, you're not going to want to come off.  This is why I am putting off taking TRT until I'm at least in my mid-60's or even 70.

You will recover what you had 100%.

As I've said,it takes some time because the leydig cells wake up rather slowly.

Will the risk of negative side effects be greater in that period?

Wait are you guys saying trt is bad?

Testosterone drops in men, can it improve production after 40?

Why would you be opposed to it?  It doesn't improve quality of life?

Women have been prescribed hormones for decades.

That is not what I'm saying.

I'm saying what DP prescribed for guys under 40 is true for those over - most eat, sleep, and train for shit and could make remarkable improvements, and should try this before exploring TRT.

I'm not anti-TRT at all.....just feel I don't have any reason to do it at this point.

If I can run a six minute mile, ruck a marathon, jump on a 42" box, Hex DL close to 400, etc.......there's no point at the moment.   These guys who say they need it in their 30s, are, for the most part outside of a genetic issue, lazy fucks.

I'm sure it feels amazing, and would improve my overall feeling of well being and improve my appearance......I just don't feel the need, or that anything is lacking.

My name is Noah and on May 18 2011, I had a rare reaction to a medication called VIVITROL and consequently, spiraled into a suicidal depression with depersonalization. I lost 25 lbs in 4 weeks and was in full panic or near panic for 8 weeks straight mixed with the darkest most painful depression I cold have ever imagined. I immediately could not work and had to move in with my parents who, along with many siblings and friends, had to watch me 24/7 as I was a danger to myself

sheesh, I'd LOVE to lose 25 pounds in 4 weeks....sign me up!

That is a load of crap.

Upon stopping, you will get back the same levels you had before TRT.

It just takes some time.

Best case scenario 3 months.

Worst case 12 months.

There have been studies done also, with precise measurements and timespan.

1000s of subjects were monitored.

Guys I'm sorry I hadn't watched enough of the video so I can see why  my questions were stupid.

Dude in the video sucks, TRT shouldn't have been prescribed. He should have gotten estrogen and went with the gender transformation

Very sensible approach and you're absolutely right to hold back. Always something you have in the bag if and when the time is right.

Ya I got a confession.  Testosterone made me less horny.  You're not making sperm so there's less of a load to shoot.  Orgasmic intensity was also reduced.  I know others disagree but that was my experience.

When the time comes I'll look into taking drugs that will up my own test production.

Yes. But why? What difference does your age make?

Or growing up in Brazil or the east coast?

We like you for you not your lies.
