Love how he is rationalizing doing half reps; I thought that was just a "modern" way of benching.  Lucky his pec implant did not explode with all that weight.

Labrada was better, classier, and he should be the one talking about classic bbing

For someone that supposedly knows what he's talking about look at his training style today and all those torn muscles, yeah I'm sure he knows how to train as well

1986 Mr. Olympia....Gaspari looked his best ever. Pulled off some symmetry. Guy was one of the best...did a ton with a shit structure.

He should not present himself as somebody who is still of worth to the scene - physiquewise. If he covered
up, combined with his still veiny arms he would pass as a built person and could "teach" all day.

Should be enough at his age and still fill his purse.
