but did believe in h.i.t in the off season but not one set per body part
It was all a lie sold to young rubes. He didn't get big doing that, he trained regular and took lots of steroids. The whole Arthur Jones thing was a scam and a joke, but it made him rich.
And we have the internet now, so people should know better and not fall for the supplement scams, but they still do because the painful hard to accept truth is drowned out by the lies people want to believe.
