well I have no friends so I dont think I could get anybody to film it on the speed bag, unless my husky could do it

but I can get one of the desk girls to film me on the heavy

mainly just working on the heavy bags and doing some power ballistic training to increase my punching power

been doing ZERO conditioning/stamina training but I'm still fitter than 99.9% of the world's pop

and yep was trolling bout the friend thing as me and the Scot hooked up again and I got the Japanese fella too

my VO2 MAX was tested out at 71 ml/kg/min

FYI, that measure is near otherworldly and in the top  under 1% of the world's pop
