Unless he was lying, he went over everything he was taking leading up to the Ruby.  It was like a pro cycle, including insulin.  I don't know how he's even alive still.

Really? Doesn't look like it. He must be on spiderbyte's gear.

Yeah man. I wish I could remember which video it was.  It was a laundry list.  I can only imagine where he gets his gear from.  Gotta be mostly bunk stuff.

ES mentioned Rhabdomyolysis someplace up above and it is 'something' I've only heard of once ... so I looked it up and got the following ....

Rhabdomyolysis is a serious syndrome due to a direct or indirect muscle injury.

It results from the death of muscle fibers and release of their contents into the bloodstream.

This can lead to serious complications such as renal (kidney) failure which means the kidneys cannot remove waste and concentrated urine.

In RARE CASES rhabdomyolysis can cause death. However, prompt treatment often brings a good outcome.

Rhabdomyolysis Causes  .... There are many traumatic and nontraumatic causes of rhabdomyolysis. In the first category, causes include:

A crush injury such as from an auto accident, fall, or building collapse.
Long-lasting muscle compression such as that caused by prolonged immobilization after a fall.
Lying unconscious on a hard surface during illness or while under the influence of alcohol or medication
Electrical shock injury, lightning strike, or third-degree burn
Venom from a snake or insect bite

Keith Jones (Only Me) mentioned it to me a long while back before he passed away.

Check ANY muscular person, especially those with excess anabolic muscle mass within 24 hours after an intense workout and if doctors don't know anything will say they have Rhabdomyolysis.  Almost every single time their CK levels will be many times above the max normal.  Even occurs in women.

He's into the cheap peptides and insulin, peptides are most likely bunk.
He opened his fridge on one video and it was full of peptide or drug bottles. (I think when he got his house cleaned, the cleaners threw out some gear).
I think he spends every cent on drugs and supps, because he takes everything (for supps) which can get expensive.

Both symptoms of kidney failure.

On the 17th of August I believe my CK levels for 14000 then again on the 18th I believe they were 17- 18000 the 19th I believe they were 22000, 20th they were 27000 21st they were 33000, then they started decreasing from 33,000. He simply has rhabdomyolysis common shoot 4 people training the way he was training that day common with Crossfit people etc (I wasn't training at all in my case of rhabdo). Within a few days maybe four or five my secret levels we're back below 3000 and then below 1000 the next day. I believe they call it a significant but temporary "kidney injury"

BETHERE, OPPPS! Thanks.

But actually Keith did pass away from a spider bite related complications and definitely not from Rhabdomyolysis

It was one of those damn deadly Brown Recluses.

Another friend of mine also got bitten by a Brown Recluse but managed to get admitted  to a hospital  in sufficient time to get cured.

His only problem now is that he loves climbing tall buildings and swinging over to the taller one on the other side of the street.

Hopefully ... a bit of humor for Big Lenny's complete recovery.

Are you saying I'm lying because after all this time that Jeffrey has been saying I've been lying about whatever I tell him to prove it and he has never once or of any evidence whatsoever to back up his claims yet he sits there and types out shit like " ESFitness is never offered up any evidence to prove to us he is a personal trainer" hahaha.... Sorry, I was never made aware that I had to prove myself or my profession to some cross eyed, insecure bum 6000 miles away..lol "offer up evidence...." Hahahaha yet that piece of shit has yet to post even a picture of his face

I don't have to provide evidence to back up anything, its you making all the claims and providing nothing to back it up.

I have posted lots of pictures of my face, I have even posted videos from my last show.
