Hey he's walked the thong walk and works hard in the gym (with lots of nagging injuries). He talks about doing team u again when he's 50 and I just feel he should trim down that gut and back off some. He's been doing this a long time, has a family/kid and the chipmunk cheeks are DA-esque.

His job is in the industry so I get it. I also understand the gym addiction. Oh the SHW in the pic won the NA's today and looks awesome.

Let me guess Asia got a good paying gig at the Disney Channel or something, so he can hustle her for a paycheck.  To date it looks like she just gets minor dancing gigs and an album that didn't make a splash. I like the kid but she is more of a dancer than an actress or singer but we shall see.

tall middle Guy's triceps are weak, like Shawn Rhoden. The other guy has a horrible chest tat, and all of them have weak structures for competitive bbing. If I recall, the North American Contest has historically been a very weak quality contest, even back into the 90s. And a ton of people would get pro cards, and usually end up in bbing obscurity. Just footnotes.

I think the NPC/IFBB needs to look to other federations and try and encourage them to cross compete. Just look at that Donte Franklin dude. Dude is a young Phil Heath/Ronnie Coleman hybrid. And would go very far.

Phil Viz got 2nd in HW to likely pretty weak. Although Louis Rodrigues won last year and did well in his first pro year. Had the potential to place very high at the Olympia next year if he keeps growing. Should have won the NYP but you know that whole pay your dues BS.

Ok, this is where I'm confused with Ron's age. Waaaaaaay back in the early 80's we trained at the same gym in So. Cal called Astro Gym in San Gabriel. I started training there from late 1980 to early 81 (I went there after Pearls shut down) to about 1984 or so. In 1981 I was 18. According to his age, even if it was lets say 1984...he would have been 15? Ron himself needs to come on here and verify this. I swear he's closer to my age. I know he remembers this.

I hope that Shawn starts posting here again, but I have my doubts. Although guys like Chick log in almost daily, he hasn't posted here in years (under his real name at least)

And if they do decide to post under gimmicks ( which many pros probably already do) then what's the fucking point?

If Ronnie Coleman is posting under "Pete Wood" (hypothetically) then what do they really have to offer?
