For those very few outside of the loop, take note. Tape suggests that something either is or is not, so, because the referred to in-between state, i.e., the so-called "parsh," is neither of the disjuncts, it frustrates any kind of ontological commitments. Heidegger embarrassingly argued in favor of
das Parsh with his philosophy of
Dasein (simultaneous here-being and there-being) by famously stating that the only authentic kind of Being is the "not-yet." However, as devastatingly shot down by Heidegger's lusty housemaid, "you might call
das Parsh something, but soft entry sucks."
