I have been following this story I work for a law firm and  we all fell that Lou has absolutely no case , he is just a greedy SOB  that probably ran out of either Steroids or money.

I don't see how Lou can stop you from taking his picture.  Paparazi takes pictures all the time and they don't have any special license. 
I say stand there, keep taking photos and piss him off and then we can all see if he actually has a claim on the Hulk or not.

of course it would...    8)  i do plan on taking taking the bastards pic if i see him...he can say and do what he wants...spilling water or a drink on his table would be more my friend Joe's thing (he's been known to mix bottle of exlax in some asshole at the gym's carbforce)
