The idea that you can be obese and healthy is akin to saying that you can smoke your whole life and be healthy. Now, both statements are true. You can smoke or be obese your whole life and still be healthy.

However, there is enough evidence to suggest both smoking and obesity DRASTICALLY increases the chances of a wide range of physical and emotional difficulties. Thus, the question then becomes: Why take that chance?

I'd say that if you are intelligent you would choose to not be fat also teachers should lead by example.Im assuming this is what is meant by this.Just a guess.same goes for drinking,smoking,drugs etc...if smart you don't partake.
