When is it time to do TRT?

Of course not....trt is a protocal where your blood is taken...levels of hormones monitored and restored to a more youthful level...not a bodybuilding level..this cannot be done without a doctor...physically or legally

But do it right---go to the doctor and get your bloods done.
If your doc wont do it go to one of those male sex clinics.

Start there...if u cant get ur insurance to cover it thru your primary--get it 'elsewhere'.
Do whatever u have to do...but do SOMETHING.

T levels feel low. Very low. Stressful environment. Age = 40s.

Well that's the problem, I can't put the genie back in the bottle. I have no access to off market test but I know that I need it based on past experience.

Get bloods done through a clinic to see if it's anything else.  Dont assume its test related.

If its low, do something about it. Trt can be a life changer. People who poo poo it probably dont have low fest levels. Fuck me it was horrible with low test. Never again.

Endo doctors(40 dollar co-pay each time), and they shut me down quick. Just told me to live with my low test readings. Switched to another medical plan, and the new endo doctor said no problem, you got it.

100 msg a week. Life changing. Do not do this on your own!!!! Gotta have blood work every three months.

GThis. And In addition I'd do a full checkup every 2-3 years or so, including full blood work (also testing for deficiencies, etc.) and an exercise ECG. Did one recently and it was very useful. Have put it in my calender to reorder one early 2019. Good to know that heart and lung function is great, and surprising to find I have low vitamin D.

TRT at 40?... that's way too early.  I did not start feeling the effects of lower T until I was late 40's.  I'm going to put it off for as long as I can.  Once you start TRT, there's really no going back.

Find someone who can hook you up with pharmaceutical grade test. You afraid of needles?   You'll probably be taking about 125ml of some sort of test and maybe a few ius from some good grade HGH, also your thyroid may be low may also ad some estrogen blockers.  All depends whom you go to and what the deal is..anyway do as these find lads say and get tested,  it's a life savor. .

When you cant get it up = trt. Quite simple. And its cheap as well. No need for a doctor. Just do 250mg of t a week and world will get alot better.

W/o a physical? Depends on the Dr. I got my first HRT script without a physical was seeing the doctor about something ,fuck I forget what it was, but I sure it's fucking in to get a physical just happen to mention to the doctor is it possible you check my testosterone levels and he asked why and I said "well I've been using steroids since I was 17" and he said okay sure, and sure enough my testosterone levels are below 100 ( it was like 87 or something).... This was when I was like 23.

Then when I got out of prison and came to the Palm Springs area and got a new doctor and said I've been on HRT since 2005 and I need a refill/new script for testosterone and thyroid the bitch who was also a primary care physician damn near freaks out on me and says "well I'm not going to give you a prescription without doing blood work first!" I said "well yeah I kind of expected that that's usually how it works and has worked for the past 6 God damn years. Like I'm not familiar with all this whole process works", and she do blood work and sure enough it was low and so I hadn't had a test shot in like 4 weeks, so I got the script.

So, drs, 2 scripts for 200mg every 2 wks, blood were at the pool times and I wouldn't exactly call what either of the doctors did "a physical"
