At my age and with all my injuries?
Did i tell you that i injured my back last year?

I'm stiff as a board and weak as a possum atm.

Messed up ligaments and my right biceps is messed up as well.

My left arm is steady and can hold heavy weights and still be firm, but if i lift a glass of water, a pencil or something in my right, the whole right arm starts to shake.

I used to do alot of arm-training to failure back in the 90s. Too old to care to check the right arm these days though, i did x-rays on my knees last year as well, my joints were fucked and i could barely walk.

I might be able to squeeze out a 50kg bench if lucky. The interest just isn't there anymore, i have more fun chatting with all you loons in the forum than caring for my physique or strength anymore.

Man, sorry to hear about your injury bonanza :( No, I wasn't aware of your physical situation. I just though that you were a lazy bum who lost his motivation and nothing else.
How about bicycling, swimming or even yoga? You life in a great country for those activities.

Kwon I'm sorry to hear about your plight.

Have you consulted with Howard?

Someone in Dubai ripped my MasterCard off for $2000 in two separate $500 ATM withdrawals over a two day period, which is curious considering I've never lost my card and only bought from reputable U.S.-based vendors. That's obviously the last time I keep any kind of balance on it. Those monkeys are clever out there, using dummy ATM cards and hacking into American customer data.

Have you consulted with Howard?

I've already visited chiropractors, experts and hospitals here in Sweden.

I don't plan on going to US of A any time soon, even for a visit with Howie W! :D

You are correct in that i sure have lost my motivation due to all the events and ordeals the past years though! :D

I've actually decided to start (try) training again next month, will be very light rehab-training and will mostly do exercises i got from my chiropractor.

At least it's something!

That's good to hear, since getting old & stiff behind a computer screen ain't no fun. Look for a gym with rehab stuff like bosu-balls, bands and thick booty bitches.
Just work your way up slowly and stay in touch with your chiropractor for the necessary adjustments.
