Doc told me the ONLY thing saving me is that I'm Natural. Said if all this size was steroid induced I'd already be dead or close to it.

I'm not well enough versed in in the differences between steroid induced muscles and naturally produced ones to have a knowledgeable opinion on this. My motto has always been moderation is always best with some exceptions like addictive drugs and poisons.

I have limited personal experience. Every Monday for that past several years I've injected about 1 mil of prescription Testosterone Cypionate to maintain a healthy and acceptable level of testosterone. Hardly enough to have much of an effect on muscle gains. Although, I believe that it has helped me maintain a status quo in that area plus gives me more zest for life.

I've been bodybuilding since I was in my middle teens. There have been a few times that I used D-bol. The first was when I was still a teenager and the family doctor recommended it because I was ridiculously skinny. The last time was when I was 29 years old and just wanted to become as big as I could. D-bol works, but like most things, it can also mess you up. My liver survived. The weight gain did not.

There have been periods when I consistently took in as much protein as I could, usually from protein enhanced drinks . Honestly, I think this is similar to  taking mega doses of vitamins. What your body doesn't need, it just pisses out. However, who really knows what happens to all that extra protein?

One thing I firmly believe is that if we pay attention to our body's messages, we can learn what works and what is killing us. People who die from steroid abuse likely lost this ability somewhere along the line. Heart failure and kidney failure seem to be at the top of the list as to what happens when we ignore the signs.

Unless you are committed to being a contestant in major bodybuilding competitions with any hope of coming away with a title, you should always put good health before everything. Many of the greats have shown us this. They ignored all the risks, maybe earned a plastic statue and a title along the way and ended up dying too soon. There are just too many premature deaths in bodybuilding to ignore this. Moments of glory are not worth risking your health and you life for. Maybe for some, it is a death wish.

So this guy is natural and has about 25 pounds of lean muscle on prime Arnold, or 45lb's lean muscle on 1975 Arnold.

Ok idiot.

Get a dexa scan and if its not double digits starting with a 2 then I'll eat my own hat.

All I can say to that is Number 1: I went into this thing with better genetics than Arnold. And before you start screaming "blasphemy", take a look around your gym. You will find guys with better genetics than Arnold. 2:  exercise science has come a long way since Arnold's heyday. 3. Today's natural bodybuilding supplements are astonishing. They had nothing like this stuff in Arnold's day. The whey protein isolate in particular is an enormous advance. In terms of my BF measurement, it is 8% according to an AccuMeasure caliper. Also the mirror reveals an 8 pack that looks as though it were etched in granite. And I do happen to weigh in at 260 lbs.

Such bullshit.  You must have a genetic predisposition to the problems you have because I've been using gear for 20 years off and on with no health problems at all.  I also have sleep apnea, actually mixed sleep apnea.  Not all bodybuilders have sleep apnea by the way.  My cholesterol is perfect, blood pressure perfect, all lab work perfect, and I have lab work done every 3 months through my HRT doc.  Your doctor sounds like a moron to make such a statement that you'd be dead if this size was steroid induced.  Every doc I work with is on TRT, and they say you're much healthier if you're on it, than not.  Sounds like you got the short end of the stick with genetics for health problems, but to say your health problems are the price you pay for being big is just plain stupid and misguided.  Also your claim of 260 at 8% body fat lifetime natural is quite comical, unless you're in fact 7 feet tall.

I'm not well enough versed in in the differences between steroid induced muscles and naturally produced ones to have a knowledgeable opinion on this.

I will tell you.

The difference is, steroid induced muscles are FAKE. They are attached to weak minded men who have severe bigorexia problems and shrunken testicles. They are ladyboys with their gyno induced lactating breasts. These muscles are ILLEGAL muscles created in dirty bathtubs and basements of the delinquent. They are vile, ugly, useless and expensive full of UNKNOWN dirty chemicals.

If said users are using Pharma Grade quality, then most of this still applies minus the dirty bathtubs and unknown parts.

NATURAL MUSCLES are beautiful, admirable and the effort of strong minded men with excellent work habits. Year after year, eating well, training hard, lifting HEAVY followed by HYPERTROPHY REPS. They are the true beasts in the weightlifting community. It takes 15 years to become strong and chiseled like a sculpture. They are the real adonis, gods among men. Full testicles, non-lactating tits and heads full of hair.

That my friend is the difference. I am 5 10, 220 pounds at 9% bodyfat all NATURAL. 390 lb Bench, 700 lb Deadlift and 650 lb Squat. Forged over 15 years. Never drank, never smoked and never fucked a woman in my life. I have however penetrated many dirty steroid users raw, bareback.

What do you find to be so special about Arnold's genetics?Horrible triceps, lats, waist, quads and calfs. Lou Ferrigno, Ronnie Coleman, Markus Ruhl are three names that come to mind that have better genetics than Arnold. Arnold was a shrewd marketer and a damn hard worker. But mediocre in genetics.

Yeah, we need to go back to the days of it taking 5 months to get an account approved, and only IF that account is weeded out and considered non-gimmick.

Those days sucked but these days suck more.

Having better genetics and Arnold isn't exactly a tremendous feat. He had a few standout body parts such as chest and biceps however if you were to compare his back to let's say even though top five competitors in his era you would see he has quite a few areas where he was lacking. Somebody had already mentioned triceps and if you compare his back to even Franco's or lou's Arnold would come in last perhaps even to Dave Draper. Arnold did have a small waist however his abs or never that great, his shoulders weren't exceptionally wide and his traps never popped up  like others in his era  like Franco ,  and they kind of sloped down to his shoulders from his neck.
