Zero. Two damaged shoulders, so bench pressing is out of the question

Only thing I can do is inclines on some machines

Not me.  Only 315 lbs max for one rep back in high school, all natty, no spotter, no homo.  One of my pecs hurt for a week after that.  Then I grew up and checked my ego at the door from that point forward.

True.  My best years ago was a clean and press (strict press) with 185 lbs. on a (approximate) 2.75" diameter bar for 6 reps.  That was HARD as I have small, wimpy hands  ;D and I rarely use that bar now but if I do, its for strict curls with maybe 50 lbs. total.  OUCH!  I am a fan of Brooks Kubik's Dinosaur Training as well as Mentzer's H.I.T.   ;D  As such, I think more of functional strength than I do fictional strength.  ;)

Of course now I have nothing but the latter of those two.  ;D

asinine*, if you're talking about a snatch or clean and press you'd find a hard time proper weightlifters that bench regularly.

Very few.  Even fewer since most people count their butt coming off the bench, not touching their chest, and a spotters hands on the bar a legit bench.

Bench press = very bad movement. Torn pecs and rotators. I cant even lift my left arm overhead now and im 36! Stick with incline, dbs and hammers.

It depends, on what I'm not exactly sure: Genetics, age, luck?

My shoulder started hurting once, to the point of puking.  Went to a sports medicine doc who recommended I stop lifting heavy overhead, such as military press and inclined bench press.  He said in my case, traditional bench press would be much safer for my shoulder.

Interestingly, I had just increased the weight and frequency on my overhead lifting just before my shoulder started hurting like that.

Nowhere near, recent best was 122.5kg/269.5 x4 with very brief pause at the chest on each rep. Hoping to improve but would be more than happy with 315 for a few reps

What do you mean by assassin?  Do you mean you want to assassinate me or you do you mean asinine?  Just pointing out that the bench is one of the worst demonstration of strength. It's phony strength stating a big bench number if you can't back it up with a lousy 250lbs power clean.

Yes, pure Olympic lifters don't bench. Power cleans are used by many football players in addition to benching and other exercises.  Using the power clean and jerk will increase vertical leap and sprinting speed. The bench will do little to make a better athlete. Power is what makes a better athlete with strength being second. I watch the big bench press guys in my gym hit the heavy bag like a girl because they have no power. Bet a lot of strikers in the UFC and boxing can't bench 250lbs. The bench is one exercise that is over rated for a long list of reasons.

Thanks mate but I consider myself weak for my body weight need to improve loads.

Took the kids to the Scottish Borders for a week in summer the last 2 years and seen a fair few hot women there, last year there was a young lass staying on the same site with her young kid she always wore these tiny tight shorts at the pub and had massive tits, thought about her during sex with the missus when it was time to cum and had at least 3 wanks in the shower ower her haha

Easily but when I do normal bench workouts I barely ever go over 275 for 10.  Aging sucks plus I no longer workout with a spotter so I'm not going to be stupid about it.

375x1 end of last year, then a string of injuries. Not bencbing at all these days, and my overhead press has dropped below 275x1 as well now.  >:(

Unfortunately you're on Getbig so that means Getbig logic applies to your claim.

That said, "315x10, 365x6 and 405x2-3" auto-translates into "185x10, 225x6 and 255x2".

My apologies, but GB logic is what it is.

Now in order to refute the GB logic you'll need various video clips from multiple angles showing you performing the lift.  You'll need to be almost naked so clothing and equipment doesn't aid you in the lift.  You may not use any spotters.  All weights used must be weighed on a scale prior to lifting on camera.   You'll need to provide a currently dated newspaper, birth certificate, driver's licence, social security card and a photographic portfolio of your professional, competitive bodybuilding career in order for your claim to be validated.  Also you're current weight must be 250+ and your bodyfat percentage below 10%.

A.  I was broke

B.  Removing the bag and reconnecting my intestines left me with a hernia.  

It I could get that fixed, I'd train again, but probably not flat bench again.

My best was 370 for a triple, and you could call those legit paused reps.  I was doing 350-500mg of Sandra-bought Test E and Dbol from either the same source or maybe crabby out of Thailand (some of you will know exactly who or what I mean :D).  Can't remember the Dbol dose, but it was never crazy -- maybe 30 mg. daily for 6 week stretches?  I did that atna fat 250ish and, a couple of years later, at 223, when I was benching maybe once a month.

Natty, I don't think I ever did more than a double with either 315 or 325 :?:  But I was focuser solely on bodybuilding from 14 to 22 and did mostly machines and heavy dips then.

All excuses aside, I reckon I could have given 405 a ride once upon a time, but natural? PSH.  Never.  Even with all of the test and orals plus best bench training around, I would never have seen 500, even if I turned into a Big Fat Lenny, weighing over 300 and doing a gram or two of weekly test.

Well, maaaybe then, but I would also surely croak of a massive heart attack in the process.  As I encroach upon 40, I say, no thanks! :)

Had that exact same operation mate, also have a hernia below the hole where the shitbag was and two on the main incision, luckily not too big or severe but they definitely a fucking hiderance.
