 I guess alot of people dont like discussing this topic but i think it is quite important. It's a fine line to walk. I always wonderd what bain was like but it really seems to suck injecting that much.

I have lived in 3 countries:

Sweden
Spain
Holland

In each the drug culture is diffrent. In Sweden people use alot of speed (not meth but the weaker dexamphetamine) and bensos. Spain was tons of hashish and cocaine. Holland was all weed.

I have a degree in Sociology where i have been studying this subject on how drug cultures differ from eachother and how it effets society.

Drank a bit up until 18. Pretty rarely when i look at what everyone does as i thought it was pretty shit. Not much after, it was boring and over it. Didn't touch anything while I was on roids as I figured that was enough of a risk. Did pingers about 10 times when I cleaned out and was over that. Don't get drug use, prescription or illegal, like there's really a difference.

Addiction is addiction yes i get your point. But it is what you have to do for your life to function that makes a huge diffrence. To show 2 extreme opposites : Hanging out with bad people, commiting crimes etc to support a habbit leads to downward spiral in life that can literally kill you. Vs just going to the pharmacy and being under a doctors care. Big diffrence.

Really?  I'm 51 and semi-retired.  I work 3 days a week to stave off boredom.  I have enough wealth to last me until I'm 100 years old.

Add up all the money you wasted on alcohol/drugs/partying in your life - ouch.

I lived there for 6 years and studied it. You need the overall picture. Offcourse other drugs excisted as well but not as exessive as in the other two countries.

I'm not an expert but I feel this indica/sativa distinction is baloney to a large extent, and some experts agree. That indicas can't cause paranoia or that indicas are downers and sativa uppers is bs ime.

All strains are a sativa/indica mix. Sativa is more up and sativa more down. But generally stuff falls in the line 50-50 from each. I worked as a weedtender in Amsterdam for 6 years.

Glass of red wine every now and again. A nice Pinot Noir, preferably, mostly because of Sideways. And a cigar - Fuente Chateau Natural (Rothschild 4.5 x 50), so goddamn delicious.

Never understood the appeal of recreational drugs, had some of the most fun nights I ever had just getting pissed drugs wouldn't or couldn't have enhanced my enjoyment of those times. I remember the explosion in popularity of cocaine ower here, before that ecstasy was avail in nightclubs but that was about it, in a few years you couldn't get into the toilets for people lining up to snort coke, I believe this is one of the key reasons for uk decline of the pub and club scene, atmosphere had changed massively.
