Phil will win regardless of what he looks like.

Ramy could be second if he looks good enough.

Dexter will be in great condition again and depends if the judges want to pick on condition this year or who is easier to hype next year considering someone who's first Olympia was 18 years ago can't generate that much hype anymore.
