i have sorta a fear of coffee ever since back when i was really ripped some 7 or 9 years ago i would have trouble breathing sometimes n bad heart murmur type shit even though i was cut up. probably weed and the shit it was laced with played a part in it too

anyways recently from the past month or so i can load up on chocolate soy milk in the morning and drink it all day long the switch over to orange juice and solid food later in the day

the stuff gives great bonos and u get alot more shit done. you can o this for a few days and ur sleep can get off track for a few days but u manage to power through a headache it will dissapate

u will have a few loose shits at first but then ur so dam light and energized

you dont get that tricky caffiene overdose light headedness with the milk as apposed to if u had to much cofffe
