why are you talking about need of energy?

there's billions of people on this planet

a lot of them work 10-12-15 hours a day

they work harder than you do.

yet they eat normal food and drink water.

why do you think you have these SPECIAL NEEDS all the time? why dont you tell that to the millions upon millions of chinese who dig ditches all day?

what do you think people did for energy 100 years ago ? or 200 years ago?  soy milk? beer all through the day?

you think in 2017 mankind all of a sudden needs a WHOLE NEW DIET to do regular work that people being doing for thousands of years?

how the hell do you think about a diet for 5-10 years daily?

just pick a diet, you stick with it.

it's a 5 minute decision.

then you go on with your life. think about something more interesting.

you dont have energy to work? go see a doctor. energy is NORMAL FOR HUMAN BEINGS we are made that way otherwise we couldnt exist. its not some special requirement that you get from a specific diet.

we are not a car that needs a special fuel to run.

 Amish men recorded an average of 18,425 steps a day, Amish women logged 14,196 daily steps. By most standards 10,000 steps per day is required to be considered to live a "very active lifestyle". Other forms of physical activity were also measured and the findings were that the Amish performed 6 times more physical activity per day than a study of 2,000 participants in 12 modernized nations. Only 4% of the Amish population are obese as defined by a Body Mass Index above 30, whereas 31% of the US adult population is obese.

A normal Amish day begins with Breakfast that typically includes a stack of pancakes with syrup, scrambled eggs, sausages, hash browns, bread, butter and pie. Lunch: a taco salad with potato crisps, ground beef, shredded cheese, beans and canned peaches. And dinner: beef, gravy, potatoes, bread and butter, more gravy, followed by chocolate pie
