I wish I could visit Australia to meet you. You can show me your Bicep Supination Machine and show me how to train biceps. After, you can tell me story after story about the Golden Era of Bodybuilding while we eat a high protein, moderate carb, low fat meal. Once we are complete with dinner, we will walk on Manly Beach.

No tats for me. They always diminish the owner in my opinion.

If I don't get an injury I will see if I can go past 18. It still amazes me how some guys get such huge arms...drugs aside.

Have to do this naturally. I don't know much about drugs but they aren't necessary. I have the machines and protocols so

all I need is the motivation. Showing everyone on Getbig might be sufficient.
