I've wondered the same.

Watching the latest misfits video at the Ruby, Lenny says he's taken tonnes of insulin and GH for decades. He says the GH strips away all the subcontaneous fat which is why he has no SC fat on his belly or arms.

The insulin is probably responsible for the visceral fat. But his belly wouldn't stick out so much if he had more subcut fat.

They propably run some test in the hospital like ultrasound but the problem is that it's hard to get a clear view since there is so much fat. I would guess that Lenny doesn't have ascites fluid. At this point MRI would be way to go.

INSULIN. A lot of diabetics who take insulin shots in their stomach have that huge hard distended stomach.

Yeah coincidentally they had an article in today's newspaper about some child needing a liver transplant and his stomach was similar to Lenny's. A normal small boy other than the gut, which is caused by the liver issues
