Would hate to have whatever it is that causes lenny to have that massive gut, it must suck to know you are stuck with it and cannot even diet to get rid of it like you can a normal gut

This confuses me....if Lenny's gut is not at least partially a result of fat, what is in it that is causing it to be so huge? Is that really all a result of organ growth?
