Mishko might have been one of the first mainstreamers of insulin usage in bb, but i bet he was experimenting with small dosages.
Modern pro's abuse it alot more, that's for sure.
I don't know about that. Milos was doing and advicing about 20iu Humalog before and sometimes after workouts. He trained twice daily. Chad Nicholls claimed his athletes around '00 were only doing about 20iu of "R" split up one day per week. Sometimes 2 days per week, and never really during prep. And his guys like Ronnie and Kamali were gut monsters. Recently Kamali said their gut issues were due to a monstrous food intake during carb up.
Remember that dealer to some pros who killed himself who used to post here? Forgot his name. Anyway he posted on here that he never heard of any pro doing more than 10iu a day. That was a bit strange.
Recently there's been talk about Lantus use on the forums. Some claim guys at Oxygen are using it a lot but one guy I know who prepped there never heard of Lantus before I mentioned it. Jordan Peters supposedly said there are no top pros using long acting insulins, he was doing 100iu of Humalog under Milos when pushing 300lbs.
Combining Lantus and Humalog or Novolog one can pretty easily do a couple of hundred iu a day. This can wreck a physique but with short blasts you get insanely full

What many don't understand is that doses like 10 or 20iu you are still very much in normal physiological range, few have really pushed to supraphysiological range

If someone here knows of lantus use among pros let's hear it.
