Ive been out I'd the gym for three months due to shoulder surgery, my mother dying, and heart surgery. Hernia op next month so I'll be starting from scratch. Fridge and cupboard are full of goodies waiting  ;D

Sorry to hear this Wizard, happened to me as well years ago, which put the nail in the coffin for my training.

Props for you at least trying.

What type of hernia?

I had a double inguinal hernia.
