I knew someone who knew Skip Lacour--he said Skip was 100% natural.

Skip also told me I should compete.

That's more like a decline at the start, but I usually started standing up then slide down into the seat to get the weight loaded then start the set. The arc of the travel is more of a decline than flat bench though and it is easier than pressing the free weight since you are levering the weights.
I do like the machine though...

I competed against Skip in a "Liars contest", he won hands down, then his cousin and I went back to rehab.
Someone named "UK Jeffy" was there and we go back and forth on current issues, and I dont sell Anabolics via Instagram.
