So we left went to the ER Loma Linda ER the same one she went to school with and I get their temperature there at first was one of five seven they give me a 325 Tylenol have me sit and wait and we wait I'm in shorts and a tank top and everybody else is covered up in blankets because it's cold and it's raining outside and I'm pouring sweat literally pouring sweat wish my clothes my shirt my tank top is soaking fucking wet I got a puddle on the floor dripping down from me we sitting at waiting our waiting room for nine fucking hours before they finally admit me and when they admit me my temperature was 106.7. They tell me I have sepsis and both of my legs and I've had it for quite a while which I probably knew already I said can I get some antibiotics and get on my way I have clients on Monday this there was Saturday mind you... they said no you're going to need chronic lock IV antibiotics if you leave now you're going to come back here and day and it may be that we have to cut off your leg you might lose an ankle or you might lose it all the way up to the knee that's best case scenario I said okay fine I'll stay I'll give you guys a couple days and see how things go but I have clients on Monday I got to get back to work anyways this did finally admit me up into the hospital find out I have sepsis which is a blood infection which means I got round-the-clock 24/7 IV antibiotics three antibiotic cocktail and I stayed in that fucking room for about 4 or 5 days straight girlfriend never left my side the entire time even skipping classes. Sometimes I would disconnect my Ivy and I would walk down with her to the cafeteria and eat grilled cheese sandwiches probably spent $500 on grilled cheese sandwiches down in the cafeteria because all the meals they had were vegetarian and tasted like absolute shit. So I'd sneak back up to my room sometimes I would sneak back down outside of the hospital and smoke a cigar sneak back up they all kind of knew about it and you are always going back up anyways for who-knows-how-long right next to me stay there the entire time like I said I was there for 5 days maybe 5 days told them we're going to Cancun soon so I got to go so you guys got to wrap this up as soon as my white cell count goes down I got to get out

so you were in 5 days and you occasionally disconnected your IV and went down to the cafeteria to have a grilled cheese sandwich and yet managed to spend $500 on cheese sandwiches?

they were the most expensive cheese sandwiches in the world.

PS, you can use that story to trump anyone claims to have had a really expensive meal in a restaurant.

I went to a grilled cheese place a few weeks ago with my significant other.

2 grilled cheese sandwiches = $21 dollars (about $11 each). It was filled with pork and onions, etc.

That was the most expensive grilled cheese sandwich I ever had.

I don't think I could ever spend $500 on grill cheese sandwiches. I am nowhere near as wealthy as ESFITNESS.
