People greatly overestimate the amount of lean muscle you can put on natty. It’s only about 5 pounds total.

If you think I’m lying just ask yourself where exactly is this muscle going. How much can you put on your delts, your pecs, your forearms, your biceps ETC?

if a guy eats enough food and keep protein high enough their body will grow.

After 2 years natural you will gain a bit more in the third year but that's really it. Assuming you aren't overtraining or not eating properly etc. After that you will need drugs to keep gaining.

Saying you can only gain 5-15 pounds natty is not true. Maybe less if you start training later.

I started at 154 at 16 YO. Went to 231 pretty fat after 2 years then dieted to 185 which took about 4 months. Actually didn't lose deadlift strength still was doing 6 x 440 pounds the whole time but lost a lot of squat strength. Came off the diet and was solid at around 205 but really after that didn't really gain much more muscle until I juiced. But I gained a lot naturally, maybe I was at the right age and was eating a lot but it worked.

Just realized the title says "10-15yrs".

10-15yrs of natural training seems like just "working out". If you start at 14 that'd put you at 24-29yrs old, and unless you've got exceptional genetics, you'll likely be 200-215lbs. Unless you're a fat-body with a sausage neck and b-cup tits.

As we all do ( those that are not genetic freak responders ) be it not using or using.

When lifters / idiots discuss weight gains - I say go buy X amount of lean chicken /turkey meat
and slap that on your body see what a difference 10/20lbs makes -- Let alone 40lbs.!!

Since i started, at 19yo, i have put 33lbs natural, then gained another 33 when i started using low doses around 30yo.
Now, at 41, i weight 44lbs more than when i was 19yo. I am still very lean, always has been.

Most natties delude themselves about the amount of muscle they actually have...As opposed to the amount of body fat. Guys walk around bragging about their bodyweight not realizing that it's mostly fat. The way to find out how much actual muscle you have is to diet down to the point you have decent abs....It's often a shocker....

MMA exposed this. You have these big 6’3”  guys like Rockhold and Weidman fighting @185. And a lot of them are even juiced.

Most juiced up midget bodybuilders natty would be fighting at 155 at the most.
