I always have my biggest meal of the day right before bed, usually a big steak or salmon with tons of greens, if I'm eating carbs I would include pasta, puts me to coma like sleep, and keeps me super full throughout the night, when I wake up in the morning I'm energetic and can blast out empty stomach cardio no problem. When i used to eat light before bed, I'd be hungry all night and sleep quality wasn't great. Give that a shot dude, I don't know anyone who feels energetic directly after eating a steak.

Right on.  I'm rarely hungry in the morning, have some appetite by lunch, and am hungry at supper.  I'd rather listen to my body than the conventional wisdom.

Same here. Can't see how some people are so hungry at breakfast time.

No it isn't, eating a full meal at 10 pm at night will keep you awake, plus you would not burn it off like you would in the day.

what the hell are u talking about??
If u have trouble falling asleep after eating at 10 then you’re just messed up and are a broken human being
Just because you’re disfunctiional don’t stereotype eating at night
Calories for the day is what matters
Eat whenever u want holy crap

If you eat 2000 cals before bed its 2000 cals, if you eat 500 cals over 4 meals its 2000 cals.

The body has taken in 2000 cals.

Stop being silly
